In addition to the commercial top of the Netherlands, the gala evening was adorned with visionary speakers from industry and politics.
The Piet Heyn SMA Challenger Award is awarded to young companies that have shown promising growth and stand out in the market. The jury, which was involved in the selection and the final choice for the winner of the Piet Heyn SMA Challenger Award, consisted of Henk Broeders (director Jaarbeurs Utrecht), Chris Ouwinga (CEO Unit4), Paul Nijhoff (member of the Board of Management Ecommerce Europe and former CEO and co-owner of RFS Holland Holding and Wehkamp) and Frits Huffnagel (Dutch politician for the VVD and City & Communication marketer).

The way in which Spryng has been in the news in the past period with its innovative approach and the way in which there is cooperation within the organization to achieve common success, the high customer satisfaction score and the demonstration of commercial leadership are included in the assessment.
