The three technology companies are observing a trend that more and more web shops are seeing customer service as an investment in marketing instead of seeing it as a cost item. This creates an information need for managing risks, exploiting opportunities and managing the web shop organization.
SEOshop, the e-commerce platform where web retailers can start their own webshop, and ROBIN the intelligent customer service assistant jointly wrote the e-book 'Customer service as a growth strategy for small web shops', which is offered for free on the SEOshop website.
On Tuesday 25 June at 4 pm SEOshop, ROBIN and KiyOh Customer Reviews organize the webinar 'Customer satisfaction: crucial for online stores that want to grow'. This webinar is specifically aimed at medium-sized web shops that want to focus on customer satisfaction and also have to manage their organization.
Web merchants can register here. The Month of Customer Service is an initiative of SEOshop.
SEOshop is the market leader in the Benelux with more than 3, 000 online stores and one of the fastest growing hosted e-commerce platforms in Europe. SEOshop was among other things nominated for the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Rising Star, De Techtour and other prestigious awards. The team now has 37 enthusiastic, young professionals and is growing every month. SEOshop recently raised 1.1 million Euro funding to further facilitate growth in Germany.
ROBIN is the first and only intelligent customer service assistant for teams of small and medium-sized webshops. All questions that customers ask, via email, webform, chat and twitter, end up in one clear interface. Questions are automatically assigned to customer service team members based on work pressure, subject knowledge and satisfaction ratings. By integrating with SEOshop, customer data - such as order, shipping & billing data - are immediately available at every customer conversation. In January 2013, ROBIN won the Thuiswinkel Innovatie Award 2013.
KiyOh is a specialist in customer reviews. Companies use KiyOh to request reviews and to publish reviews. This has benefits for you as a consumer, but also for the company itself. You can make a better estimate, with whom you are dealing. And companies can learn from your feedback. KiyOh started in mid-2009 and is growing fast. There are now thousands of web shops that use KiyOh.
