Amsterdam, 14 August 2015 - ReachEdge is now available for almost every type of website so that more SME's can use this software. ReachEdge manages, among other things via a mobile app, all incoming requests from potential customers and ensures that these are used more effectively. ReachEdge will be shown live on 24 September during the Business Forum in Amsterdam organized by Google and their global SME partner ReachLocal.

ReachEdge offers an overview of incoming leads for SMEs and enables them to respond immediately. In addition, the app reminds to outstanding requests and the customer can listen to conversations. Previously, the software was only available in combination with a ReachSite, websites made by ReachLocal, but now the software is available and compatible with most websites.

Compared to other countries in Western Europe, Dutch consumers use the internet daily the most and 21% of them use the smartphone more often than the computer. This also offers consumers a wide range of possibilities to contact a company: an application form on the website, social media, e-mail and of course the telephone. Managing all these potential customers can be complex. Especially for small and medium-sized businesses with a limited marketing budget. "The step to make ReachEdge available for every website is part of a larger strategy that should make online marketing more accessible, transparent and easier for small and medium-sized businesses, " says Sharon Rowlands, CEO at ReachLocal. "This adaptation builds on our principles of simplicity and transparency. We intend to continue this path in 2015. "
